In short
TU Delft’s main full scholarship for a two-year engineering master’s. Two awards are made in each faculty. It is not a law scholarship and it is not a medical degree.
Civil, mechanical, electrical, aerospace, applied earth sciences, and the other regular Delft MSc programmes sit here. An International Joint Education Programme is excluded, even if the subject is engineering. There is a separate, smaller Electrical Engineering Scholarship with the same deadline. Read that line on the same page if that is your course. It is not this award.
Who can apply
- You are applying as an international student to a regular two-year TU Delft MSc.
- Your earlier degree is in a subject the MSc will recognise, and the results are strong. The faculty is looking for someone around the top of their class.
- You can include an English language certificate before this deadline. A file without it is not considered for the scholarship, even if the MSc itself would have given you more time.
Papers they ask for
- A complete MSc application, including the documents that programme asks for.
- The scholarship application form, uploaded with the MSc file.
- One reference letter. If you have two, put them in a single PDF.
- The English test result.
What it pays
- Full tuition for the first year of a regular two-year TU Delft MSc, at the rate that applies to your nationality
- A contribution to living expenses. TU Delft does not print the euro amount on the scholarship page
- The same allowances in the second year, only if you have completed at least 48 of the 60 ECTS in the first year
How to apply
- Choose a regular two-year MSc and read that programme’s admission rules. Do not pick a joint degree.
- Submit the MSc application, the scholarship form, the reference, and the English test before 23:59 CET on 1 December 2026.
- You do not need an admission letter before that hour. Admission is decided afterwards. The scholarship email, if you get one, comes around the end of March 2027.
Read this before you file
- The second year is not automatic. You need 48 ECTS out of 60.
- The page says ‘a contribution’ to living costs. Do not budget from a blog’s monthly figure.
- 23:59 in the Netherlands is 22:59 in Freetown in December.
Checked against the provider’s page on 11 October 2026. If this note and that page disagree, the provider is right. Lanbuk does not award this scholarship.
