About Patrick
Patrick S. Vandi, Esq. is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Sierra Leone, with expertise in adoption and family law, corporate and company law, civil and criminal litigation, and real estate law. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Makeni and has practised law since 2021–2022. He is now reading for a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Sierra Leone – Fourah Bay College.
He is Senior Partner and Administrator at Jengo, Sam & Partners in Freetown, and a YALI Fellow (Young African Leaders Initiative, Cohort 14) who completed leadership training in Ghana. He is known for an analytical approach and client-centred service.
Beyond practice, he works in community service and anti-corruption advocacy. A former sponsored child with Children of the Nations (COTN), he mentors young people, provides pro bono legal services and, since 2025, has taught as a volunteer at Annie Walsh Memorial Secondary School in Freetown. He founded and edits Lanbuk.
