About this Act
The Universities Act, 2005 is a law of Sierra Leone from 2005. On Lanbuk it is kept with the education statutes.
The long title says the Act was passed to * searchable [No. 1 of 2005] Being an Act to reconstitute the University of Sierra Leone, to establish the Njala University, to provide for the establishment of other public universities and private universities and to provide for other related matters.
Repeals the Njala University College Act, 1964 and the University of Sierra Leone Act, 1972. Amended by the Universities (Amendment) Act, 2014.
