About this Act

The National Drugs Control Act, 2008 is a law of Sierra Leone from 2008. It is cited as No. 10 of 2008. On Lanbuk it is kept with the health statutes.

The long title says the Act was passed to establish the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency; to provide for the control of and prevention of abuse of narcotic drugs; to implement provisions of International Drug Control Conventions, and to provide for other related matters.

Repeals the Dangerous Drugs Act [Cap. 154] . Amended by No. 10 of 2008.
