The long title says the Act was passed to establish Hospital Boards for the better management of specified hospitals and the provision of efficient medical care in the Western Area and all districts of Sierra Leone and to provide for other related matters. Certain Schedules repealed by the Teaching Hospitals Complex Administration Act, 2016 (No. 8 of 2016).
