This template records an agreement to sell land or a house. Fill in the vendor, the purchaser, the property (with its survey plan number) and the price, and set out the deposit and balance. It is meant to be followed by a formal conveyance or deed prepared by a lawyer, after the land has been properly searched and the title confirmed.
It captures the vendor's assurances about ownership and freedom from encumbrances, the purchaser's payment obligations, and what happens if either side defaults. It is a general template and not legal advice — always verify title and register the transfer.
