Summary

The National Power Authority (Amendment) Act, 2006 amends the law governing the National Power Authority (NPA), which was then the national utility responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity in Sierra Leone.

As an amending statute it alters specified provisions of the principal National Power Authority legislation and must be read together with it. (The NPA was later unbundled under the electricity-sector reforms of 2011.)
